The Kindness That Returned
In a small town, there lived a young boy named Rohan. He was kind-hearted and always ready to help others. His mother had taught him, “Kindness is like a seed. When you plant it, it grows and comes back to you.”
One day, while walking home from school, Rohan saw an old man struggling to carry a heavy bag of vegetables. Without thinking twice, he ran to help the man. The old man smiled and said, “Thank you, dear boy. May kindness always find you.”
Rohan lost his favorite toy car while playing in the park a few days later. He searched everywhere but couldn’t find it. Feeling sad, he sat on a bench. Just then, a little girl approached him, holding his toy car. “Is this yours?” she asked.
Rohan’s eyes lit up. “Yes! Thank you so much!” he exclaimed.
The girl smiled and said, “I saw you help my grandfather the other day. He told me that kindness always returns.”
At that moment, Rohan understood his mother’s words. A small act of kindness had come back to him in the most unexpected way.
Moral: Kindness never goes unnoticed. When you help others, goodness finds its way back to you.
